5. Liability & Claims
- NextInLogistics is not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Claims for lost or damaged goods must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Liability is limited to the declared value of the goods or as per the insurance policy purchased.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Refunds will be processed based on the nature of the cancellation and service terms.

- We do not share client information with third parties except as required for service fulfillment.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service failures due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or global emergencies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
