Cancellation Policy

1. For refund requests, submit your inquiry to support@nextinlogistics.com within the same day of service purchase. Refunds may take up to 10-15 business days and will be processed via bank transfer or cheque. If payments were made by credit/debit cards or wallets, refunds will be credited back to the respective account. Always mention the reference number with your request; missing details may result in cancellation or refund requests being invalid.

2. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any consequential losses incurred as a result of service disruptions or other issues.

3. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on the same day as the collection date, before the shipping label is generated. A handling charge of ___% will be deducted from the total amount. Once the shipping label is sent, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

4. If a shipment is returned due to improper packaging, incorrect information, or incorrect weight provided by you, NextInLogistics will not be responsible for the return of the package and will not issue a refund. It is essential that all details are accurate to avoid such situations.

5. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or documentation required by government authorities. If a shipment is returned due to unpaid taxes, cess, or improper documentation, NextInLogistics will not be liable for any refund or loss of the package. It is essential to ensure all necessary documentation and payments are in order to avoid such situations.

6. If a service is canceled after a pickup attempt has been made, a wasted journey charge will apply. This charge will be either ₹100 or 15% of the order value, whichever is lower, and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

7. If a pickup attempt fails for any reason, the order will be treated as canceled unless you request a re-pickup within 24 hours of the failed attempt. In such cases, NextInLogistics will not issue a refund. Additionally, all AWB/labels will expire 3 days after generation if the pickup is not completed, and no refund will be issued under these circumstances

8. We will not be liable for any refunds if our Terms and Conditions have not been fully complied with, including the shipment of prohibited items.

9. We are not responsible for any incorrect information entered during the booking process. We will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred, either directly or indirectly, due to our failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations resulting from such errors.

10. We are not liable for any delays, missed deliveries, or failure to deliver caused by unclear or incorrect labelling of a consignment. You are responsible for ensuring that all labels are clear and accurate to avoid such issues.

Other Provisions:

NextInLogistics will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government actions. Additionally, we are not responsible for any delays caused by deficient or unclear labelling of consignments. You are responsible for ensuring that your labels are accurate and unambiguous. We do not accept liability for delays, missed deliveries, or failure to deliver if issues arise from improper labelling.

1. NextInLogistics will not be liable for any damage, either directly or indirectly, arising from risks such as natural disasters, strikes, accidents, political disturbances, or issues caused by third-party carriers. These events are beyond our control, and we do not accept responsibility for any losses resulting from them.

2. NextInLogistics will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, political disturbances, fires, accidents involving transport vehicles, or explosions. These unforeseen circumstances, which we cannot control, may affect the goods being carried.

3. We are not responsible for any actions, faults, or omissions committed by the shipper, consignee, or any other party involved with the shipment, including any violations of our terms and conditions.

4. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, including airlines or airways, failing to adhere to their schedules for any reason.

5. We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by government officials in the course of their duties, such as customs, taxation, or other inspections.

6. We are not responsible for any damage caused to photographic images or recordings in any form due to electrical or magnetic interference, erasure, or similar issues.

7. Despite our best efforts to provide timely delivery, NextInLogistics will not be liable for any delays in pickup, transportation, or delivery of shipments, regardless of the cause.
